About us

We are a team of healthcare professionals who have spent over a decade in the care industry. Green Leaf 24Hr Care Services was founded with an aim to fulfil our desire, love and passion for care and fulfilment in making a difference in people’s lives.

We are a family business and our service is personalised. We treat every service user, candidate and staff as individuals embracing diversity. We pride ourselves in the quality of care we provide and are continually improving to ensure that all our service users’ needs and wishes are maintained.

As a care provider, we closely monitor our staff and provide our service users with continuity of care to meet their changing needs. Our personnel are trained, experienced and fully compliant with the CQC’s care regulations. We recruit ethically and our compliance is tight and detailed - ensuring quality and safety.

Our Mission

Is to conduct our business with honesty and integrity and to fulfil our obligations and commitments all the time.

Our Staff

All our carers undergo a rigorous selection process, including thorough checks before employment and an enhanced criminal record disclosure (Disclosure and Barring Service, DBS, as it is commonly known now) before they can be assigned to look after you.

This is to ensure that our service users are in safe hands. We follow a strict recruitment process to ensure that all of our workers are compliant with the Care Quality Commission's Essential Standards and government legislation

Training and Development

Green Leaf 24Hr Care Services aims to create access for all carers to complete all their mandatory training before being allocated to work. It is a requirement that all carers receive an induction programme before beginning work. The induction will mostly cover information on policies and procedures, health and safety, actions to take in the event of an emergency and various reporting requirements.

The induction will also cover information on the needs and legal rights of the people who receive care from the organisation. Annual mandatory training is also provided for continuous development of our members of staff. We use a number of national and local training companies as well as e-learning systems to deliver the training to ensure all staff are competent when delivering services.

Aims and Objectives

To value and respect the service users’ personal privacy and environment
To support service users’ and promote their independence
To ensure that service users are always treated with dignity and safeguarded from risk and abuse
To provide a person centred care service to all our service users
